EVERY TEAM DESERVES TIME TO PAUSE

Gather: A Facilitation Experience

for teams seeking connection and meaningful conversation.

Most retreat planning starts with a topic.
Mine starts with your people.

Together, we’ll create a thoughtfully designed facilitation experience where your team can reflect, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity.

Meaningful gatherings create more than conversation.

does this sound FAMILIAR

Too many gatherings leave people with pages of notes, but little real shift in how they work together.

You’ve likely experienced gatherings where:

the agenda was packed, but the conversation stayed surface-level

some voices dominated while others stayed quiet

people left unclear about what happens next

the day felt rushed, surface-level, or disconnected from what the team actually needed

there wasn’t enough space for reflection, honesty, or meaningful dialogue

IMAGINE WHAT COULD SHIFT

The right gathering can change how a team works together.

When people feel safe enough to speak honestly and pause long enough to reflect, teams begin to reconnect with one another and the work they’re trying to do together.

  • Collaboration becomes easier.

  • Trust deepens.

  • Teams gain clarity and alignment.

  • Forward movement feels possible.

The most meaningful gatherings create room for reflection, honest conversation, and connection that continues long after the meeting ends.

WHAT PEOPLE CARRIED WITH THEM

Gatherings built around the humans in the room.

Designed for Moments Like These:

  • Leadership retreats

  • Team reset conversations

  • Navigating transition and change

  • Welcoming a new leader or team member

  • Communication and trust-building

  • Cross-functional collaboration

  • Reflection and reconnection after periods of stress or rapid growth

Gather is different.

A THOUGHTFUL, COLLABORATIVE PROCESS

Before we ever step into the room together, I take time to understand your team’s dynamics so the experience feels thoughtful, grounded, and specific to the humans in the room.

  • Collaborative by Design

Gather is designed to feel collaborative from beginning to end. We remain closely connected throughout the process, shaping an experience that reflects your team’s needs, your goals, and what will best support the team moving forward.

  • Tailored for Your Team

No two teams are the same, and Gather is never one-size-fits-all. I bring structure and thoughtful guidance while designing an experience that reflects the people in the room, the goals of the gathering, and the support the team needs right now.

  • Built to Last Beyond the Room

The strongest gatherings continue supporting a team long after the experience itself is over. I want leaders to leave feeling clearer, more connected, and better equipped to carry the work forward.

the process

How it works

  • We begin with a conversation about your team, your goals, and what would make this gathering feel meaningful for the people in the room.

  • Through interviews or surveys, I gather insight into your team’s experiences, dynamics, and needs. Every voice matters, and every response remains confidential.

  • I synthesize what I’ve learned into themes and recommendations. Together, we shape the structure and flow of the gathering experience.

  • This is where it all comes together. A thoughtfully facilitated experience designed to create reflection, honest conversation, connection, and forward movement.

  • After the gathering, we reconnect to reflect on what emerged, celebrate meaningful shifts, and identify next steps that support momentum.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING

"Everything was well planned out and thoughtful. There was ample communication throughout the process about what was happening and what was coming next.

Monique is extremely easy to work with and is really good at getting a good sense of team members from the individual meetings. Our team has been able to achieve a level of clarity around responsibilities and expectations that simply did not exist in this office before."

your guide fot the journey

I’m Monique Stevens

For more than 20 years I’ve had the honor of creating spaces where teams can slow down, reconnect, and engage in conversations that need time and space to unfold.

As your facilitator, I create the conditions for teams to reflect honestly and move forward with clarity.

And yes, I do bring a very carefully curated facilitation bag. Every item is chosen intentionally.

  • Chimes to gently gather the group.

  • A breathing ball to help everyone reset.

  • Card decks to spark reflection.

  • And mini giraffes to honor the people who “stick their neck out” and speak with honesty.

No trust falls. No cringey icebreakers. Just carefully chosen tools and a whole lot of heart.

Because thoughtful conversations start with how people experience the room.

THE HEART OF THIS WORK

The conversations beneath the agenda

The longer I do this work, the more I notice how rarely people are given real space to pause together.

Most teams are moving fast. People are carrying stress, pressure, and unspoken tension into the room long before the gathering ever begins.

And yet, again and again, I’ve watched something shift when people feel truly heard.

A voice the team doesn’t often hear names something everyone has been feeling.
A conversation finally happens instead of being avoided.
A team realizes they’ve been working around the same tension for far too long.

People begin speaking with one another instead of around one another.

That moment never gets old for me.

Because underneath every agenda, every retreat, and every planning conversation is a much more human question:

How do we create the kind of room where people can show up honestly and do their best work together?

That’s the work I care most about.

It would be my honor to welcome your team to Gather: A Facilitation Experience.

LET’S WORK TOGETHER

Thoughtful gatherings begin here.

Every Gather experience starts with a simple first step: taking time to understand what’s happening within your team and what kind of support would feel most helpful right now.

Whether you’re planning a retreat, navigating change, rebuilding trust, or creating space for reflection, I’d love to talk about what brought you here.

We’ll explore what’s needed and whether Gather feels like the right fit for your team and your goals.
