ONE CONVERSATION AT A TIMECoaching…Where curiosity opens the door to possibility.
Whether you're investing in leaders across your organization or in your own development, coaching creates the opportunity to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention.
FOR THE IN-BETWEEN MOMENTSYou don't have to arrive with the answers.
Some transitions arrive with a clear next step. Others begin with an ending, an opportunity, a question, or simply the sense that you're ready to consider what you want from the chapter ahead.
You may be leaving a role that has meant a great deal to you. Stepping into something new. Considering possibilities you haven't had time to explore. Or wondering how you want to work and lead differently in whatever comes next.
This experience gives you dedicated time to explore those questions without needing to have everything figured out first.
You bring the transition. We'll begin there.
There is something powerful about a good coaching conversation. A question opens something up. You see a possibility you hadn't considered. You hear yourself say something you didn't quite know you knew.
And then the hour ends.
You close the laptop and return to the meeting, the inbox, the people who need you, and everything else waiting for your attention.
But what might become possible if you didn't have to rush back?
[NAME] offers another way to experience coaching. We step away from the usual WHEN AN HOUR ISN’T ENOUGH
WHEN AN HOUR ISN’T ENOUGHSome conversations deserve more than an hour.
THIS TIME IS YOURSAn experience designed around you
This isn't a retreat with an agenda you need to fit yourself into.
There is no cohort. No group programming. No room full of people competing for airtime.
This time is yours.
Before we meet in person, we'll begin with a private virtual coaching conversation to understand where you are and what you'd most like this experience to hold. From there, I'll thoughtfully shape our time together around you.
Then, we step away.
FOR THE IN-BETWEEN MOMENTSYou don't have to arrive with the answers.
-
Before you arrive
We’ll begin with a 60-minute private coaching conversation so I can understand where you are in your transition, what you’ve been considering, and what you’d most like to walk away with.
This gives us a starting point before you ever pack a bag.
-
When you arrive
You’ll arrive at a beautiful, carefully selected setting where the details have already been taken care of.
Settle in. Find a welcome waiting for you. Put down your bag.
You don’t have anywhere else you need to be.
-
An afternoon to reflect
We’ll have an extended stretch of time for coaching and reflection.
We might explore what this chapter has meant to you. What you want to carry forward. What you’re ready to leave behind. What you’re curious about. What possibilities deserve more attention.
There is no need to race toward an answer.
Afterward, you’ll have time entirely to yourself, including a restorative massage, so the conversation has a chance to settle before we come back together.
-
Dinner, without an agenda
We’ll meet again for a beautiful dinner.
There is no worksheet waiting at the table and no coaching objective we need to accomplish.
We’ll talk. We’ll eat. We’ll laugh. We’ll dream a little.
And if something from earlier finds its way back into the conversation, we’ll follow it.
-
A new morning
After a night away, we’ll return to the conversation over breakfast and a final coaching session.
This time, we’ll turn toward what now?
What are you seeing differently? What feels clearer? What do you want to act on? What do you want to continue exploring?
We’ll translate what emerged during our time together into decisions, intentions, and next steps you can take with you.
And then you’ll head home.
But our work won’t end there.
WHEN YOU RETURNThe experience ends. The coaching continues.
Eventually, you’ll return to your calendar, your work, and everyday life.
That’s why [NAME] isn’t simply an extraordinary overnight experience.
We'll meet for two additional private coaching sessions over the following 60–90 days, giving you a place to return to the intentions and decisions you made while you were away.
We can talk about what’s changed, what you’ve tried, and whatever new questions have emerged along the way.
Some moments are easier to navigate with a thought partner.

what people are sayingReal conversations. Real impact.
Monique has been that rare, spot-on blend of cheerleader and challenger. She truly listens, asks thought-provoking questions, and helps me see beyond my current viewpoint. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
The opportunity to step back, reflect, and work through challenges gave me a level of clarity and perspective I had not reached before. I looked forward to every session because I felt like Monique truly understood me.
I went into this skeptical and wasn't sure coaching was something I needed. Monique listened without judgment, gave me practical tools, and completely changed my perspective on what coaching can do.
A NOTE FROM MONIQUE
At the heart of coaching, it's always about the person.
One of the things I love most about coaching is that no two conversations are ever the same.
Every person brings different strengths, different questions, different experiences, and different hopes for where they're headed next. I have the privilege of meeting people exactly where they are and helping them move toward a path that feels authentic to them.
Over the years, I've learned that the most lasting growth rarely comes from someone else's answers. It comes from having the space to think, to be gently challenged, and to discover insights that truly belong to you.
I'd love to be part of your journey.
