A DIFFERENT WAY TO EXPERIENCE COACHING

[Name], What if you gave yourself more time to think about what comes next?

I created this private transition coaching experience to give you something transitions rarely offer: time to reflect on the chapter you’re leaving and imagine the one you want to create.

FOR THE IN-BETWEEN MOMENTS

You don't have to arrive with the answers.

Some transitions arrive with a clear next step. Others begin with an ending, an opportunity, a question, or simply the sense that you're ready to consider what you want from the chapter ahead.

You may be leaving a role that has meant a great deal to you. Stepping into something new. Considering possibilities you haven't had time to explore. Or wondering what you want to be different about the way you work and lead.

This experience gives you dedicated time to explore what's ahead without needing to have everything figured out first.

You bring the transition. We'll begin there.

There is something powerful about a good coaching conversation. A question opens something up. You see a possibility you hadn't considered. You hear yourself say something you didn't quite know you knew.

And then the hour ends.

You close the laptop and return to the meeting, the inbox, and everything else waiting for your attention.

But what might become possible if you didn't have to rush back?

So for this experience, we'll do something different. We'll step away from the usual rhythms and give our conversation somewhere to go.

WHEN THERE’S MORE TO EXPLORE

Some conversations deserve more than an hour.

AT THE CENTER OF IT ALL

This one begins with you

When was the last time you had an experience created with only you in mind?

In this one, you’re the star.

Before we meet in person, we’ll begin with a virtual coaching conversation about where you are in your transition, what you’ve been thinking about, and what you’d like to explore during our time together.

What you share will help me shape what comes next.

We’ll step away to The Ivy in Baltimore, a restored 19th-century mansion in historic Mount Vernon. The Ivy is a Black-owned boutique hotel known for its intimate hospitality and beautifully considered surroundings.

I chose this setting intentionally, to give us privacy, beauty, and room for our conversation to unfold.

I’d love to welcome you there.

when we step away

A glimpse at our time together.

  1. Before you arrive

We’ll begin with a 60-minute virtual coaching conversation to give us a starting point for our time together.

  2. When you arrive

Settle in. Put down your bag.

You don’t have anywhere else you need to be.

  3. An afternoon to reflect

We’ll have an extended stretch of time for coaching and reflection, following the questions and possibilities that feel most worth exploring.

Afterward, you’ll have time entirely to yourself, including a restorative treatment, giving the conversation a chance to settle before we come back together.

  4. Dinner, without an agenda

We’ll meet again for a beautiful dinner.

    We’ll talk. We’ll eat. We’ll laugh. We’ll dream.

And if something from earlier finds its way back into the conversation, we’ll follow it.

  5. A new morning

After a night away, we’ll reconnect over breakfast and a final coaching session focused on what comes next.

We’ll consider what you’re seeing differently, what you want to act on, and what you’d like to continue exploring.

    Then you’ll head home.

But our work won’t end there.

WHEN YOU RETURN

The experience ends. The coaching continues.

Eventually, you’ll head back to your calendar, your work, and everyday life.

We’ll meet for two additional private coaching sessions over the following 60–90 days, giving us time to revisit what we explored during our time away and consider what’s happened since.

We can talk about what you’ve tried, what’s changed, and whatever new questions have surfaced along the way.

A NOTE FROM MONIQUE

Why I created this experience

I've spent years coaching leaders one conversation at a time, usually for an hour at a time.

I love what can happen in that hour.

And I've often wondered what might become possible if we gave some of those conversations more room.

Some of my favorite coaching questions begin with two simple words:

What if?

  • What if we had more time to follow a question wherever it leads?

  • What if we could pause, come back to it over dinner, sleep on it, and see what looks different in the morning?

That curiosity became this invitation.

It’s still coaching. It’s simply coaching in a different container.

And I would love to experience it with you.
